- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and provide clients with valuable information that they can use to improve business practices.
- Identify, gather, and analyze data and make insights accessible to the company through easy-to-understand graphs, charts, tables, and reports.
- Work closely with data engineers, Technology owners, and domain experts to arrive at feasible optimal solutions
- Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- Remove corrupted data and fix coding errors and related problems
- Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Train stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, Python
- Technical proficiency in database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
- Understanding of REST APIs, data modeling, data warehousing, data lakes, and big data concepts
- Adept at using data processing platforms like Hadoop and Apache Spark
- Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik

- Lead the team of data analysts working to enable a data-driven organization

- Assemble large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements
- Identify, design and implement internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes
- Building required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies
- Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
- Working with stakeholders including data, design, product and executive teams and assisting them with data-related technical issues
- Working with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues
- Experience designing and developing data warehouses (Teradata, Oracle Exadata, SQL Server, Spark)
- Experience building ETL / ELT ingestion pipelines with tools like DataStage, Informatica, Matillion
- SQL scripting
- Experience with business intelligence/data analytics
- Cloud experience on AWS / Azure
